Terms of service

Applicability and scope

These General Terms and Conditions (Algemene Voorwaarden) apply to all quotes, service level agreements (SLAs) and engineering contracts provided by Farvex AI (registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 89412084).

Deviations from these terms are valid only when confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Farvex AI.

Service delivery and pilot MVPs

Farvex AI delivers production-grade AI solutions in structured phases: Architecture Scoping, MVP Sprint (2 to 4 weeks) and Production Cluster Deployment.

Performance benchmarks (OCR accuracy thresholds, API latency guarantees) are defined in each client's specific Statement of Work (SOW).

Intellectual property rights

Client Data and Custom Models: The Client retains full, unrestricted ownership of all proprietary data, fine-tuned weights, custom schemas and business workflows engineered specifically for their enterprise.

Farvex Core Substrate: Farvex AI retains ownership of its proprietary foundational orchestration libraries, OCR runtime engines and algorithmic connective frameworks.

Service level agreement and uptime

Enterprise Production tiers include a guaranteed 99.9% uptime commitment, sub-120ms standard API response times and 24/7 autonomous circuit-breaker failover monitoring.

Incident escalations are handled according to the Severity Tier schedule defined in the master service contract.

Governing law and dispute resolution

All agreements and legal relationships are governed exclusively by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with Farvex AI services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent jurisdiction of the District Court of Rotterdam (Rechtbank Rotterdam).
