Request a briefing

Forty-five minutes on one process

Bring the process that eats the most hours. We work out what it costs you today, what automating it would take, and say plainly whether it is worth building.

The call

How the call goes

Three stages, and you can stop at any of them.

01

You walk us through one process

Where the documents arrive, who touches them, and which system they have to end up in.

02

We put a figure on it

Volume times handling time, plus the rework errors cause. Every number is one you can check against your own records.

03

We tell you whether to build it

If it is worth it, you get a one-page summary with the integration points, the parts a person still has to approve, and a rough timeline. If it is not, we say so.

The engineer who would build the system is on the call. No account manager, no slide deck, no cost.

Pick a time

Send this and we come back within one working day with two or three slots that fit your week.

Optional. Volume, the software it has to talk to, and what goes wrong now — that is enough to make the estimate real.

We use these details to arrange the briefing, nothing else. Read the privacy statement

Things people ask first

Nothing. If you decide to go ahead, we quote a fixed price for a scoped first build before any work starts.

A rough monthly volume and one example document, if one is to hand. Nothing needs cleaning up first — messy input is the normal case.

Usually within five working days. Say so in the notes if it is more urgent and we will find something sooner.

It reaches the two people who run Farvex and nobody else. We keep it in the EU, use it to arrange the briefing, and delete it on request.
